This is a deep and rich rum-based old fashioned. It consists of Appleton Estate 8 Year Old Rum, Havana Spiced Rum, The Bitter Truth Pimento Dram, Demerara Syrup, Strangelove Dry Ginger, Angostura Bitters, and Orange Bitters.
Served in a rocks glass over loads of ice, garnished with a dehydrated pineapple ring.
