Today we are going to showcase some of our amazing suppliers who either source or create some of the best products that you are ever going to find. The suppliers in spotlight have shops that open direct to the public or have an online shop and can do home delivery.

Wonder Pies

ROASTED SWEET POTATO AND CARROTS WITH THYME

INGREDIENTS

1 kg sweet potatoes skin on
500g carrots skin on
4 sprigs of thyme
4 garlic cloves – crushed skin on
Sea salt
Pepper
Olive oil

METHOD 
  1. Cut potatoes and carrots into large long pieces, place in our baking tray and add the thyme and garlic, oil and salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well and bake at 180c for 30-45 mins.

ROASTED BROCCOLI WITH BUFFALOTO

INGREDIENTS

3 heads of broccoli
1/2 lemon
Olive oil
Sea salt
Pepper
That’s Amore buffaloto

METHOD 
  1. Remove a small amount of the stalk from the broccoli about 2 cm.
  2. Cut the broccoli into 1/4s length ways.
  3. Place in a baking tray, drizzle with some oil, season well .
  4. Bake at 180c until soft and the tips have started to roast.
  5. Remove and place straight onto your serving dish, squeeze the lemon all over, add a little more oil.
  6. Grate the buffaloto straight over the top so the heat from the broccoli starts to melt it.
  7. Serve straight away.
